Classic Wedding & Event Cars provides cars for engagement shoots in San Francisco, Napa Valley, Monterey, Carmel, Half Moon Bay, and the surrounding areas. We coordinate the arrival with your photographer and discuss the time needed for different setups, outfit changes, and nearby photo locations.

Share the location, date, and look you have in mind. We help you review the cars and plan the rental around your photographer’s preferred light, whether that means a weekday session or golden hour by the coast.
Coordinate the setup
The vehicle is delivered from San Jose and positioned for your session. Your photographer can work with its profile, cabin, windows, and details while the host remains nearby and out of the frame.
Allow time to create
Plan room for wardrobe changes, lighting adjustments, and different angles. If you want to move between nearby locations, include them in the booking discussion so the schedule accounts for travel and setup.

This service centers on the photo session. The car is staged where your photographer needs it rather than used for extended transportation. Urban streets, vineyard settings, and coastal viewpoints each offer a different way to frame the vehicle and the couple.
The cabin is available for portraits, and limited drive-by shots may be arranged in a safe, controlled setting at the discretion of your host or driver. Discuss any moving shots, access restrictions, or distant locations before the booking so the rental can be planned appropriately.

Planning the Photo Session
Timing, light, and location all affect an engagement shoot. These answers help you and your photographer prepare.
How much time should we book?
Engagement shoots have a three-hour minimum, allowing time for multiple setups, outfit changes, and nearby locations. Longer sessions can be discussed when you book; contact us for current rates.
Can we use the inside of the car?
Yes. Your photographer can include the cabin, open doors, and window views in the session. Moving shots must be discussed with the host or driver and arranged in a controlled setting.
What if our session runs over?
The host will let you know as the booked window comes to an end. Ask about additional time if you need it; availability and the applicable rate should be confirmed before extending the rental.
When should we book for golden hour?
We recommend two to four weeks of notice for many dates. Wedding-season weekends and locations farther from San Jose benefit from earlier planning. Contact us to check the specific car and date.
