Share the location
Provide your venue address, arrival time, and event schedule. We review access and discuss the delivery arrangements during booking.
Arrive ready
The car travels by trailer, then is unloaded and positioned at the agreed location. It arrives clean and ready for photographs, transportation, or display.
Coordinate pickup
Collection is planned around your event end time. The team handles loading and removal so you do not need to arrange the return.

From a home or ceremony site to a venue in St. Helena, Los Gatos, or Carmel, we coordinate where and when the car is needed. Discuss entrances, unloading space, and access to the final location when booking.
If a trailer cannot reach the exact site, the car can be unloaded at the nearest accessible point and driven to the final location. We review those arrangements with you in advance.

What if the trailer cannot reach our event site?
We discuss access during booking. Where necessary, the car is unloaded at the nearest accessible point and driven to the final location.
How is pickup handled?
Pickup is scheduled around your event end time. The team coordinates collection in advance and handles loading and removing the vehicle.
What if the event runs longer than expected?
An extension may be possible if the car is not scheduled for another event. Confirm any additional time with the driver so availability, charges, and pickup timing can be reviewed.
